About martial arts and sex?

I was browsing through a website on martial arts. It is a school in china meant for people who seriously want to learn martial arts. The website tells a policy of the school that the school will not allow its student to have sex with even his wife.

Why is it so? Does having no sex increase performance in martial arts?

No, it does not. They are probably doing it so students will give themselves strictly to that school with no interferences.
